论乡村小学英语教学的现状及可行的优化措施

摘要: 国家“十三五”重点出版规划项目。乡村振兴中的学校发展,乡村教师培训丛书。卜玉华老师的《乡村小学英语教学》中提到,中国教育现代化的短板之一在乡村教育,乡村教师的校长的专业发展到了不容忽视的地步,是我们必须要正视的现实。乡村小学英语教学是基础教育的重要组成部分,关乎教育公平与乡村振兴战略的实施。然而,受制于师资力量薄弱、资源供给不足、生态环境封闭等因素,乡村小学英语教学长期面临“哑巴英语”、学习动机匮乏、文化意识淡薄等困境。本文在梳理乡村小学英语教学现实问题的基础上,借鉴教育生态学理论和核心素养理念,从课堂生态重构、地域文化融入、教学模式创新、师资精准赋能等维度,系统探索乡村小学英语教学的优化路径。研究认为,乡村小学英语教学不应简单复制城市模式,而应在正视现实约束的同时,充分发掘乡土资源的独特价值,构建具有乡村特色的英语教育生态。
Abstract: This text is part of the "Rural Teacher Training Series" under the key national publishing plan for the 13th Five-Year Plan period, titled School Development in Rural Revitalization. In her book English Teaching in Rural Primary Schools, Professor Bu Yuhua points out that a significant shortcoming in China's educational modernization lies in rural education, where the professional development of rural teachers and principals has reached a critical stage that demands immediate attention. English teaching in rural primary schools is a vital component of basic education, directly impacting educational equity and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. However, constrained by weak teaching staff, insufficient resource supply, and a closed ecological environment, it has long faced dilemmas such as "mute English", lack of learning motivation, and weak cultural awareness. Based on an analysis of current issues in rural primary English teaching, and drawing on educational ecology theory and core competency concepts, this paper systematically explores optimization pathways from dimensions including classroom ecology reconstruction, integration of local culture, innovation of teaching models, and precise empowerment of teachers. The study argues that English teaching in rural primary schools should not simply replicate urban models; instead, while acknowledging realistic constraints, it must fully exploit the unique value of local resources to construct an English education ecosystem with distinct rural characteristics.
