摘要: 梁漱溟作为乡村教育思想的重要代表人物,在中国近现代教育思想体系中,他的乡村教育理论体现了其对乡村教育独特的见解,这对教育体系的完善具有重要影响。梁漱溟的乡村教育理论代表了在中国特定的历史时期,一些知识分子对传统教育模式的反思与对乡村社会改造路径的积极探索,这不仅使教育思想更具多元性,而且为梳理中国教育思想从传统向现代转型提供了关键范例。而如今,在社会迅速发展的时代背景下,乡村教育与当前经济面临失衡,因此需要在乡村振兴战略的推动下,通过对乡村教师角色的再认识来进一步推动乡村教师角色的转变,从而进一步推动乡村文化振兴和教育振兴来促进乡村建设。
Abstract: As an important representative figure of rural education ideology, Liang Shuming's rural education theory reflects his unique insights into rural education in China's modern and contemporary education ideological system, which has a significant impact on the improvement of the education system. Liang Shuming's rural education theory represents the reflection of some intellectuals on traditional education models and active exploration of rural social transformation paths during a specific historical period in China. This not only makes educational ideas more diverse, but also provides a key example for sorting out the transformation of Chinese educational ideas from traditional to modern. Nowadays, in the context of rapid social development, rural education and the current economy are facing an imbalance. Therefore, under the promotion of rural revitalization strategy, it is necessary to further promote the transformation of the role of rural teachers through a re understanding of the role of rural teachers, in order to further promote rural cultural and educational revitalization and promote rural construction.
