中小学体育安全诱因与防范策略
Causes and Preventive Strategies for Sports Safety Issues in Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要: 青少年时期是运动习惯培养与身心健康发展的关键阶段，国家多项政策明确提出推进青少年体育活动开展、提升青少年健康素质的目标要求。但随着青少年校内体育活动时间与频次的增加，中小学校园体育安全风险随之攀升，体育安全事故的发生让学校和教师承受巨大压力，与体育育人目标形成反差。本文通过界定中小学校园体育安全事故的概念，从学校管理、教师、学生三个维度系统剖析事故的复合性诱因，并针对性从管理、教学、学生培养层面提出防范策略，旨在为保障中小学体育工作安全、有序开展提供理论参考与实践路径，助力青少年在运动中实现强意志、健身心的培养目标。
Abstract: Adolescence is a critical period for the cultivation of sports habits and the development of physical and mental health. Multiple national policies have explicitly set goals to promote youth sports activities and enhance their health literacy. However, with the increase in the duration and frequency of sports activities on campus, safety risks associated with physical education in primary and secondary schools have also risen. The occurrence of sports safety incidents places immense pressure on schools and teachers, creating a contrast with the educational objectives of fostering well-rounded development through sports. By defining the concept of sports safety accidents in primary and secondary schools, this paper systematically analyzes the comprehensive causes of such incidents from three dimensions: school management, teachers, and students. It then proposes targeted preventive strategies at the levels of management, teaching, and student development. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for ensuring the safe and orderly conduct of physical education in schools, ultimately supporting adolescents in building resilience and achieving holistic physical and mental development through sports.
