新工科背景下环境专业育人共同体的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Education Community for Environmental Majors under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要: 党的二十大报告明确提出加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的战略目标,新工科建设作为我国高等工程教育改革的核心举措,为地方高校工科专业人才培养与思政教育融合指明了方向。环境专业作为支撑生态文明建设的核心专业,其人才培养质量直接关乎生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的推进成效。当前地方高校环境专业育人仍面临学科交叉壁垒突出、产教协同流于形式、育人主体碎片化、学生成长需求与培养目标错位等现实困境。本文以广州大学环境科学与工程学院的一线育人实践为基础,立足新工科建设的核心内涵,构建“高校主导、企业参与、科研支撑、政府引导、学生中心”的五维育人共同体框架,提出精准调研锚定痛点、重构实践育人体系、完善协同运行机制、优化多元评价体系的实践路径,系统梳理实践成效与优化方向,以期为地方高校新工科背景下环境专业的思政教育与人才培养深度融合提供可借鉴的实践范式。
Abstract: The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly sets out the strategic goal of accelerating the building of a country strong in education, science and technology, and human resources. As the core initiative of China’s higher engineering education reform, Emerging Engineering Education (EEE) has pointed out the direction for the integration of talent cultivation and ideological and political education of engineering majors in local universities. As a core major supporting the construction of ecological civilization, the quality of talent cultivation of environmental majors is directly related to the advancement of the modernization of the ecological and environmental governance system and governance capacity. At present, the education of environmental majors in local universities is still confronted with practical dilemmas such as prominent barriers to interdisciplinary integration, formalized industry-education collaboration, fragmentation of education subjects, and mismatch between students’ growth needs and training objectives. Based on the front-line education practice of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Guangzhou University and rooted in the core connotation of EEE development, this paper constructs a five-dimensional education community framework of "university leadership, enterprise participation, research support, government guidance, and student-centeredness". It puts forward practical paths including anchoring pain points through precise investigation, reconstructing the practical education system, improving the collaborative operation mechanism, and optimizing the multi-dimensional evaluation system, and systematically sorts out the practical effects and optimization directions. The purpose of this study is to provide a referable practical paradigm for the in-depth integration of ideological and political education and talent cultivation of environmental majors in local universities under the background of EEE.
