摘要: 本文以A集团为案例，结合哈佛分析框架进行系统性财务与战略分析，旨在验证该框架在复杂商业实践中的适用性，并深入剖析企业战略与财务表现之间的内在联系。研究首先回顾了传统财务分析方法的局限性，进而引入融合战略、会计、财务与前景四维度的哈佛分析框架，通过PEST模型、财务报表分析及关键财务比率等方法，全面评估A集团的经营绩效与转型成效。研究发现，A集团在盈利能力、现金流创造及长期资本结构方面表现稳健，战略执行与财务成果具有较强协同性；然而，公司也面临资产周转效率下降、短期偿债压力及To B业务盈利兑现等挑战。研究表明，哈佛分析框架能够有效整合宏观环境、企业战略与财务数据，为理解制造业龙头在数字化、全球化转型中的价值创造机制提供系统性视角，对同类企业的战略决策与财务评价具有参考意义。
Abstract: This paper takes Group A as a case study and applies the Harvard Analytical Framework to conduct a systematic financial and strategic analysis, aiming to validate the applicability of the framework in complex business practices and to explore the intrinsic relationship between corporate strategy and financial performance. The study begins by reviewing the limitations of traditional financial analysis methods, then introduces the Harvard Analytical Framework integrating four dimensions—strategy, accounting, finance, and prospects. Using methods such as the PEST model, financial statement analysis, and key financial ratios, it comprehensively evaluates the operational performance and transformation effectiveness of Group A. The findings indicate that Group A demonstrates robust performance in profitability, cash flow generation, and long-term capital structure, with strong synergy between strategy execution and financial outcomes. However, the company also faces challenges such as declining asset turnover efficiency, short-term solvency pressure, and delayed profitability realization in its B2B business. The study shows that the Harvard Analytical Framework can effectively integrate macro-environmental factors, corporate strategy, and financial data, providing a systematic perspective for understanding the value creation mechanism of leading manufacturing enterprises undergoing digital and global transformation. This offers referential value for the strategic decision-making and financial evaluation of similar enterprises.
