摘要: 本文旨在探讨具身认知理论对高校“劳育—心育”融合模式的赋能作用。通过对文献的分析研究,发现当前劳动与心理在高校育人实践中,存在严重的脱节情况。劳动实践与心理感知之间的连接纽带是学生的身体。通过研究发现,想要实现育人模式的由“认知加工”向“身体体验”的实践转向推动,从三个维度出发,分别是情境创设、身体觉察及课程体系整合。学生的自我效能感与心理韧性能在这一实践的转向推动,最终达到身心一体化的发展目标,为高校育人,思政教育改革提供新路径。
Abstract: This paper aims to explore the empowering role of embodied cognition theory in the integration model of "labor education and psychological education" in colleges and universities. Through a literature analysis, it is found that there is currently a serious disconnect between labor practice and psychological perception in the practice of higher education talent cultivation. The connecting link between labor practice and psychological perception is the student’s body. The study reveals that to promote the practical shift of the education model from "cognitive processing" to "bodily experience", efforts should be made in three dimensions: context creation, body awareness, and curriculum system integration. Through this practical shift, students’ self-efficacy and psychological resilience can be fostered, ultimately achieving the development goal of mind–body integration and providing a new path for the reform of college talent cultivation and ideological and political education.
