摘要: 新生适应期是大学生成长过程中的起步阶段,也是高校开展思想政治教育和日常教育管理的关键起点。这一阶段不仅涉及新生环境熟悉、规则接受和行为调整,也关系学生的角色转换、集体融入、学习投入与发展状态。从辅导员一线实践看,一些新生进入大学后,会陆续在学习安排、宿舍生活、人际交往、情绪调节以及未来发展方向等方面出现适应迟滞或转换困难。同时,高校新生管理也会存在入学教育后续跟进不足、辅导员事务性负荷偏重、学生问题识别偏经验化、宿舍班级育人功能挖掘不够以及协同支持不够顺畅等现象,在一定程度上影响工作效果。就高校育人的要求而言,新生适应期应被看作学生完成角色转换、建立规则意识和形成初步认同的重要过程。因此,新生适应期管理需要从日常事务中的价值引导、分阶段教育支持、宿舍班级共同体建设、多主体协同以及辅导员专业能力提升等方面同时发力,推动学生管理由事务处置逐步转向成长支持。
Abstract: The adaptation period for freshmen is the initial stage in the growth process of university students and a key starting point for colleges to carry out ideological and political education as well as daily educational management. This stage not only involves familiarization with the new environment, acceptance of rules, and behavioral adjustment, but also concerns students' role transitions, integration into collectives, learning engagement, and developmental status. From the perspective of frontline counselor practice, some freshmen, after entering university, gradually experience delays or difficulties in adaptation in areas such as study arrangements, dormitory life, interpersonal communication, emotional regulation, and future career directions. At the same time, the management of college freshmen may also face issues such as insufficient follow-up after enrollment education, counselors being overloaded with administrative tasks, experiential rather than systematic identification of student problems, insufficient development of educational functions of dormitories and classes, and inadequate coordination support, which to some extent affects the effectiveness of their work. In terms of the requirements for student development in colleges and universities, the freshman adaptation period should be viewed as an important process for students to complete role transitions, establish rule awareness, and form preliminary identification. Therefore, the management of the freshman adaptation period needs to simultaneously focus on value guidance in daily affairs, phased educational support, construction of dormitory and class communities, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and improvement of counselors' professional abilities, promoting a shift in student management from handling tasks to supporting growth.
