Abstract: This paper, based on a case of a college student's psychological crisis caused by emotional setbacks, delves into the causes of the psychological crisis and effective intervention measures, and explores the paths and experiences of establishing a psychological crisis management mechanism, aiming to provide practical and feasible reference suggestions for college counselors and psychological education workers.
