摘要: 背景:当前医学影像学教育普遍依赖以教师为中心的传统讲授模式,学生被动接受知识,导致阅片实践机会不足、诊断思维训练薄弱等问题。为探索更有效的教学模式,本研究旨在评估基于云影像平台结合案例学习的教学方法在提升医学影像学本科生诊断能力方面的效果。方法:采用整群随机对照试验设计,选取郑州大学河南医学院2022-2024级医学影像学专业214名本科生,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组107人。实验组通过云影像平台进行课前自主阅片、课堂小组讨论及课后个性化反馈;对照组采用传统讲授与静态影像分析。评价指标包括期末考试成绩及影像分析报告评分,采用独立样本t检验进行统计分析。结果:实验组的理论考试成绩、影像判读成绩及总分均显著优于对照组。影像分析报告评分中,实验组显著高于对照组,尤其在诊断思路与鉴别分析维度差异显著。结论:云影像平台结合CBL教学模式能有效提升医学影像学学生的诊断成绩与分析报告质量,为解决传统教学中实践与思维训练不足的问题提供了可行方案。未来需进一步扩大样本并追踪长期效果以验证其推广价值。
Abstract: Background: Currently, medical imaging education generally relies on the traditional teacher-centered lecture mode, where students passively receive knowledge, leading to insufficient opportunities for film reading practice and weak training in diagnostic thinking. To explore a more effective teaching model, this study aims to evaluate the effect of a teaching method based on a cloud imaging platform combined with case-based learning on improving the diagnostic ability of undergraduate medical imaging students.Methods:A cluster randomized controlled trial design was adopted. A total of 214 undergraduate medical imaging students from the 2022-2024 grades of Henan Medical College, Zhengzhou University, were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 107 students in each group. The experimental group conducted pre-class independent film reading, in-class group discussions, and post-class personalized feedback through the cloud imaging platform; the control group received traditional lectures and static image analysis. Evaluation indicators included final exam scores and image analysis report scores, and independent sample t-tests were used for statistical analysis.Results:The theoretical exam scores, image interpretation scores, and total scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. In the image analysis report scores, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, especially in the dimensions of diagnostic thinking and differential analysis. Conclusion: The combination of a cloud imaging platform and CBL teaching mode can effectively improve the diagnostic performance and quality of image analysis reports of medical imaging students, providing a feasible solution to the problem of insufficient practice and thinking training in traditional teaching. Future studies need to expand the sample size and track long-term effects to verify its promotion value.
