产教融合背景下创新创业教育生态构建研究

摘要: 随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施，产教融合已成为推动高校创新创业教育改革的重要路径。本文基于当前产教融合的政策背景与发展趋势，深入分析了高校创新创业教育面临的新机遇与挑战，构建了以“产教融合”为特征的创新创业教育生态系统模型，并提出具体实施路径。研究表明，通过深化产教融合，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接，能够有效解决创新创业教育中的资源分散、实践平台缺失等痛点，形成多方协同、共生演进的良性生态。本文从大学教师视角，探讨了该生态系统的架构特点、运行机制与构建举措，以期为高校创新创业教育提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, industry-education integration has become an important path to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Based on the current policy background and development trend of industry-education integration, this paper deeply analyzes the new opportunities and challenges faced by innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, constructs an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem model characterized by "industry-education integration", and proposes specific implementation paths. The research shows that by deepening industry-education integration and promoting the organic connection of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain, it can effectively solve the pain points such as resource dispersion and the lack of practical platforms in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and form a benign ecosystem of multi-party collaboration and co-evolution. From the perspective of university teachers, this paper discusses the architectural characteristics, operation mechanism, and construction measures of this ecosystem, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical references for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
