医教协同背景下“院院合一”改革的实践探索

摘要: 山东第二医科大学于2021年做出成立第一临床医学院并与第一附属医院合署的重大决策，实施“院院合一”一体化发展模式。三年来，学院立足新职能定位，以学院型医院建设为目标，通过建章立制强化教学质量闭环、夯实临床实践教学根基、提升教师教学水平、促进科研深度合作、设立专项奖学金、实施双导师制、举办名医讲坛、拓展国际视野等多维举措，在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面取得显著成效。
Abstract: In 2021, Shandong Medical University made a significant decision to establish the First Clinical Medical College and jointly administer it with the First Affiliated Hospital, implementing an integrated "college-hospital unification" development model. Over the past three years, the college has adhered to its new functional positioning, with the goal of building a college-type hospital. Through measures such as establishing standardized systems to enhance teaching quality loops, strengthening the foundation of clinical practice education, improving faculty teaching proficiency, fostering in-depth research collaboration, setting up specialized scholarships, implementing a dual-mentor system, organizing renowned physician lectures, and expanding international perspectives, the college has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services.
