摘要: 水袖作为中国古典舞中极具特色的艺术表现形式，由传统戏曲舞蹈中的长袖演变而来，还交叉融合了服饰道具和戏曲艺术等多元化的美学创造。袖舞在当代舞蹈作品的影响下，也在不断地融合新的元素以呈现出丰富多样的表现形式。笔者在2021级舞蹈学毕业晚会中参演了水袖群舞作品《水之鹤》，并在排练与表演中对袖舞有了更深的了解，真正做到了将课堂理论知识学以致用。本文就此作品为切入点，浅析水袖这一独特舞蹈道具，深入探讨中国古典舞袖舞的技法特点与运用，让笔者更好地理解水袖与舞蹈、音乐与情感表达之间的关系，从舞蹈实践中收获有效的袖技要点和训练方法，提高自身的袖舞水平与质感，为今后的舞蹈表演积累经验。
Abstract: The water wrist is a distinctive artistic expression form in Chinese classical dance, evolving from the long sleeves in traditional opera dance. It also integrates various aesthetic creations such as costumes, props, and opera art. Under the influence of contemporary dance works, the water dance is constantly incorporating new elements to present diverse forms of expression. The author participated in the water dance group dance piece "The Water Crane" at the 2021 graduation performance of Dance Studies and gained a deeper understanding of the water dance during rehearsals and performances. Truly achieving the application of theoretical knowledge in the classroom. This article takes this work as the starting point to analyze this unique dance prop, deeply explore the technical characteristics and application of classical Chinese dance water dance, allowing the author to better understand the relationship between water wrists and dance, music and emotional expression. Gaining effective wrist techniques and training methods from dance practice, improving one's water dance level and texture, and accumulating experience for future dance performances.
