摘要: 随着数智技术与教育领域的深度融合,大学生心理健康教育课程的数智化转型已成为提升教学质量与学生心理健康服务效能的重要路径。本文围绕大学生心理健康教育课程数智化教学展开系统研究,本研究聚焦高校心理健康教育课程的数智化转型,以数智技术提升教学质量与服务效能。通过对大学生就心理健康课程数智化建设的问卷调查,聚焦需求层面进行分析,揭示学生在趣味性、隐私性与体验性三方面的明确诉求,并强调以沉浸式场景与智能陪伴为核心的应用路径。基于需求导向,提出以学生为中心的课程内容重构、智能教学工具开发、沉浸场景构建及个性化服务体系等综合优化策略,目标实现需求—供给的精准匹配与教学效能提升。为大学生心理健康教育课程的数智化转型提供了理论参考与实践路径,有助于提升课程的针对性、有效性与吸引力,更好地满足新时代大学生的心理健康服务需求。
Abstract: With the deep integration of digital intelligence technologies into education, the digitization and intelligent transformation of college students’mental health education courses has become a key path for enhancing teaching quality and the effectiveness of mental health services. This study conducts a systematic examination of the digitized and intelligent (digital-intelligent) transformation of college mental health education courses, focusing on how digital-intelligent technologies can elevate teaching quality and service efficiency. Based on a questionnaire survey of the digital-intelligent construction of college students’mental health education courses, the study centers on needs analysis. It reveals clear student demands across three dimensions—engagement/novelty, privacy, and experiential aspects—and emphasizes immersive scenarios and intelligent companionship as core application pathways. Guided by a demand-driven approach, we propose comprehensive, student-centered optimization strategies, including: curriculum content restructuring; development of intelligent teaching tools; construction of immersive scenarios; and a personalized service system. These strategies aim to achieve precise demand–supply alignment and enhance teaching effectiveness. The study provides theoretical insights and practical pathways for the digitized-intelligent transformation of college students’mental health education courses, contributing to greater relevance, effectiveness, and attractiveness, and better meeting the mental health service needs of contemporary university students.
