乡村幼儿园劳动教育的价值意蕴与实践路径

摘要: 乡村丰富的自然与乡土文化资源，为幼儿园劳动教育提供了独特优势。乡村幼儿园劳动教育具有四重独特价值：契合幼儿具象认知特点，实现“做中学”；承载乡土文化代际传承，建立家乡认同感；弥补家庭劳动教育短板，构建家园协同育人体系；培育幼儿核心素养，缩小城乡发展差距。针对当前内容城市化、过程形式化、保障不足三类困境，应立足本土资源构建分层递进的阶梯式劳动内容体系，将劳动教育嵌入幼儿在园全流程，建立常态化实施机制；同时从师资培训、资源对接、安全管理三方面强化保障，形成协同育人合力。乡村幼儿园劳动教育并非城市劳动教育的低配复制，而是服务乡村发展、实现乡土文化活态传承的特色路径，旨在培育爱劳动、会劳动的幼儿，为乡村振兴人才培养奠定根基。
Abstract: The rich natural and local cultural resources in rural areas provide unique advantages for labor education in kindergartens. Labor education in rural kindergartens has four unique values: fitting in with children's concrete cognitive characteristics and realizing "learning by doing"; Carrying the intergenerational inheritance of local culture and establishing a sense of hometown identity; Make up for the short board of family labor education and build a home collaborative education system; Cultivate children's core literacy and narrow the gap between urban and rural development. In view of the current difficulties of content urbanization, process formalization and insufficient security, we should build a hierarchical and progressive ladder labor content system based on local resources, embed labor education into the whole process of children in kindergarten, and establish a normalized implementation mechanism; At the same time, we should strengthen the guarantee from the three aspects of teacher training, resource docking and safety management to form a collaborative force for education. Labor education in rural kindergartens is not a low allocation copy of urban labor education, but a characteristic path to serve rural development and realize the living inheritance of local culture. It aims to cultivate children who love and can work, and lay the foundation for talent training for Rural Revitalization.
