大学生专业思想认同与就业价值取向的耦合研究

摘要: 本研究以社会认知职业理论(SCCT)为分析框架,系统探讨大学生专业思想认同与就业价值取向的互动作用机制。通过构建“价值认同→效能预期→目标承诺”的理论逻辑链,揭示专业思想认同如何通过认知中介影响就业选择的价值排序。研究发现,专业思想认同不仅直接塑造就业价值取向的功利型或成就型导向,更通过结果预期的双重路径(直接路径强化技能适配偏好,间接路径深化职业使命认知)和目标设定的整合作用(短期目标聚焦能力匹配,长期目标锚定发展潜能)形成动态传导机制。同时,环境因素与个体特质的交互调节表明,价值观形塑并非单向传导,而是在个体与环境交互中持续演化的社会认知过程,学校资源可以正向强化自我效能,家庭资本可以负向削弱功利取向,劳动力市场信号则要根据信号的正负向来强化或者削弱学生的结果预期,而学生的个性特质则可以增强专业认同与就业取向的关联,同时缓冲专业认同不足者对就业取向的负面影响,为优化高校就业指导体系提供了理论依据。
Abstract: Taking Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) as the analytical framework, this study systematically explores the interaction mechanism between college students' professional identity and employment value orientation. By constructing a theoretical logical chain of "value identification → efficacy expectation → goal commitment", this paper reveals how professional identity influences the value ranking of employment choices through cognitive intermediaries. The study finds that professional identity not only directly shapes the utilitarian or achievement-oriented orientation of employment value, but also forms a dynamic transmission mechanism through the dual paths of outcome expectation (the direct path strengthens skill-matching preferences, and the indirect path deepens professional mission cognition) and the integrative role of goal-setting (short-term goals focus on competency matching, while long-term goals anchor development potential). Meanwhile, the interactive regulation of environmental factors and individual traits indicates that value formation is not a one-way transmission, but a social cognitive process that evolves continuously in the interaction between individuals and the environment. School resources can positively strengthen self-efficacy, family capital can negatively weaken utilitarian orientation, labor market signals can strengthen or weaken students' outcome expectations according to their positive or negative directions, and students' personality traits can enhance the correlation between professional identity and employment orientation while buffering the negative impact of insufficient professional identity on employment orientation. This provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the employment guidance system in colleges and universities.
