摘要: 本研究针对荥经砂器活态传承中创新迟滞与知识断层等问题,提出“文化算法”驱动的生成式设计新范式。通过构建“文化基因解析—双轨验证”闭环框架,并依托Stable Diffusion模型与LoRA微调技术,实现了砂器形态的智能化生成与工艺可行性同步匹配。基于300组样本训练,所生成方案传统肌理保留率达82%、生产适配率67%,形成可迁移的协同设计方法论,为非遗数字化转型提供系统性路径。
Abstract: This study addresses the challenges of innovation stagnation and knowledge fragmentation in the living transmission of Yingjing pottery. It proposes a new generative design paradigm driven by a “cultural algorithm.” By constructing a closed-loop framework of “cultural gene analysis–dual-track verification” and leveraging the Stable Diffusion model along with LoRA fine-tuning technology, the study achieves intelligent generation of pottery forms synchronized with process feasibility. Based on training with 300 sets of samples, the generated designs achieve an 82% retention rate of traditional textures and a 67% production adaptability rate. This establishes a transferable methodology for collaborative design, providing a systematic pathway for the digital transformation of intangible cultural heritage.
