摘要: 伴随人工智能技术于金融领域的广泛运用,金融行业对于人才的需求正从传统的知识型人才,向兼具理论与实践能力的应用型、创新型人才转变。文章立足于河北北方学院人工智能与金融教育融合现状,剖析了本科层次金融工匠人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了“智能技术+工匠技术+核心素养”三主线融合的教学模式,并借助构建智慧金融工匠实践平台,探寻本科金融类专业人才向应用型人才转型的有效途径。
Abstract: With the wide application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial field , the demand for talents in the fi- nancial industry is changing from traditional knowledge - based talents to applied and innovative talents with both theoretical and practical abilities. Based on the current reality of the integration of artificial intelligence and financial education , this article an- alyzes the problems in the cultivation of undergraduate - level financial craftsmen , puts forward the teaching model of " intelli- gent technology + craftsman technology " dual - main integration , and explores undergraduate financial professionals with the help of building a practical platform for intelligent financial craftsmen. An effective way to transform into an applied talent.
