Research on the Reconstruction of Teachers’Leadership Paradigm Empowered by Artificial Intelligence in the VUCA Era

摘要: 乌卡时代(VUCA)的易变性、不确定性、复杂性与模糊性,使传统教师领导范式面临深层困境。本文系统分析了教师在四个维度上面临的进化之困、预见之困、协同之困与共识之困,提出人工智能赋能下教师领导力范式重构的四条路径:培育敏捷进化力与学习设计力、系统前瞻力与战略韧性、网络协同力与系统整合力、意义共建力与叙事领导力。研究认为,教师领导力重构是从心智模式到行为方式的系统性范式转换,关乎教育系统在不确定性时代的方向感与生命力。
Abstract: Characterized by volatility , uncertainty , complexity and ambiguity ( VUCA) , the VUCA era plunges the tradition- al paradigm of teacher leadership into profound dilemmas. This paper systematically analyzes four plights confronting teach- ers , namely the plight of adaptive evolution , the plight of forward - looking foresight , the plight of cross - subject collabora- tion and the plight of consensus building. It further proposes four paths to reconstruct teachers’leadership paradigm empow- ered by artificial intelligence : fostering agile adaptability and learning design competence , cultivating systematic forward - thinking capability and strategic resilience , developing network collaboration capacity and systematic integration competence , and building meaning co - construction capacity and narrative leadership. The study concludes that the reconstruction of teacher leadership represents a systematic paradigm shift spanning mental models and behavioral patterns , which bears vital implications for the sense of direction and vitality of education systems amid pervasive uncertainties.
