基于数字技术的服装教学改革案例

摘要: 针对传统服装结构教学中学生难以实现二维纸样向三维成衣的空间思维转换,以及中式服饰教学耗材多、效率低、创新不足的困境,本文基于建构主义与认知负荷理论,以马面裙为载体,融合Style3D数字化技术与人体工学,构建了“考据—复原—验证—转化”四链贯通教学模式。该模式通过文献考据提取史料中的结构数据,借助Style3D实现传统形制的数字复原,以人体工学为导向进行参数化版型改良,并将虚拟试衣验证后的成果输送至企业。研究表明:数字化的融入解决了传统服装结构教学痛点,产教转化实现了教学与产业的双向提质增效。本文为高职中式服饰数字化教学改革及新中式产业人才培养提供了可复制的实践方案。
Abstract: Traditional garment pattern teaching faces prominent problems : students struggle to complete the spatial thinking transformation from two - dimensional patterns to three - dimensional finished garments. Meanwhile , the teaching of tradition- al Chinese costumes is plagued by excessive material consumption , low efficiency and insufficient innovation. Based on con- structivism and cognitive load theory , this study takes the Horse - Face Skirt as the research carrier , integrates Style3D digital technology and ergonomics , and establishes a four - link integrated teaching model featuring textual research – restoration – verification – transformation. In this model , structural data are extracted from historical documents through textual research ; traditional styles are digitally restored via Style3D ; parametric pattern improvement is carried out guided by ergonomics ; and the results verified by virtual fitting are finally delivered to enterprises. The research results show that the application of digital technology solves the pain points of traditional garment pattern teaching , and the integration of industry and education realizes mutual quality improvement and efficiency enhancement for both teaching and the industry. Taking the Horse - Face Skirt as an example , this study provides a replicable practical scheme for the digital teaching reform of traditional Chinese costume courses in higher vocational colleges and talent cultivation for the neo - Chinese style industry.
