数智时代高校辅导员角色重塑与育人模式变革

摘要: 数智时代的到来重塑了高校思想政治教育工作的时空边界与运行逻辑,有力推动了辅导员角色定位与育人模式的系统性变革。数智技术驱动辅导员从“经验型”向“智慧型”跃升。但数智赋能也为辅导员育人工作带来了相应挑战:首先,数智技术升级对辅导员育人工作价值认同产生冲击;其次,数智技术普及诱发了辅导员育人工作内容的矛盾延伸。因此,辅导员育人工作需要实现价值转向与内涵拓展的双重变革:在价值层面,辅导员应坚持立德树人根本任务,助力学生全面发展,实现工具理性与价值理性的协同并进;在内涵层面,辅导员应培养复合型思政育人能力,创新数智时代思政工作运行形态,推动思政育人内容的多维统整与育人场景的虚实融合。
Abstract: The arrival of the era of digital intelligence has reshaped the temporal and spatial boundaries and operation logic of ideological and political education in colleges and universities , and effectively promoted the systematic reform of the role ori- entation of the counselor and the education mode. The development of digital intelligence technology is driving the transforma- tion of counselors from " experiential" to " value - led " and from " transactional " to " intelligent " . However , digital intelli- gence empowerment also brings corresponding challenges to the education work of counselors. First , the upgrading of digital intelligence technology has an impact on the value identity of counselors’education work. Secondly , the popularization of dig- ital intelligence technology induces the contradiction extension of the content of counselor’s education work. Therefore , the ed- ucation work of counselors needs to realize the double reform of value transformation and connotation expansion. At the value level , counselors should adhere to the basic task of moral education and training students , help students develop in an all - round way , and realize the synergy of instrumental rationality and value rationality. At the connotation level , counselors should cultivate compound ideological and political education ability , innovate the operation form of ideological and political work in the era of digital intelligence , and promote the multi - dimensional integration of ideological and political education content and the fusion of virtual and real education scenes.
