摘要: 在智慧养老快速发展的时代背景下，传统养老服务模式难以适配新生态。本文从供需适配角度出发，以养老服务师为研究对象，分析这一岗位能力诉求、供给现状和阶段成效；聚焦人才培养目标滞后、课程体系单一、实践机制缺失三大问题；最终从能力图谱构建、培养目标迭代、培育内容革新、评价体系完善四个方面，结合“1+2+4”框架提出养老服务师能力体系与培养机制的优化路径，为破解智慧养老复合型人才缺口提供可行方案。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of smart elderly care, traditional elderly care service models struggle to adapt to the new ecosystem. This paper adopts a supply-demand matching perspective, focusing on elderly care service professionals as the research subject to analyze the competency requirements, current supply status, and phased achievements of this role. It highlights three major issues: lagging talent development objectives, a monotonous curriculum system, and a lack of practical training mechanisms. Finally, based on the construction of a competency map, the iteration of training objectives, the innovation of training content, and the improvement of the evaluation system, this paper proposes an optimization path for the competency system and training mechanism of elderly care service providers by integrating the “1+2+4” framework, thereby offering a feasible solution to address the shortage of multidisciplinary talent in smart elderly care.
