数字经济视角下绍兴制造业数智化转型路径研究
Research on the Digital-Intelligent Transformation Path of Shaoxing’s Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Digital Economy

摘要: 在国家与浙江省数字经济政策驱动下,绍兴依托块状经济优势推进制造业数智化改造,数字经济核心产业保持较快增长,但仍存在转型模式碎片化、中小企业转型乏力、产学研协同不足等短板。本文基于TOE理论框架,从技术、组织、环境三维度分析转型驱动要素,构建龙头引领生态协同、产业大脑集群升级、企业内部治理数智重塑三条差异化路径,并从政府、行业、企业层面提出针对性对策。研究成果可为绍兴打造制造业数智转型“绍兴模式”及同类块状城市转型升级提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: Driven by national and Zhejiang provincial policies for the digital economy, Shaoxing leverages its strengths in block economy to advance the digital-intelligent upgrading of manufacturing, with core industries of the digital economy sustaining robust growth. Nevertheless, prominent bottlenecks persist, including fragmented transformation models, weak transformation capacity among small and medium-sized enterprises, and insufficient industry-university-research collaboration. Drawing on the Technology-Organization-Environment theoretical framework, this paper dissects the driving factors of transformation across three dimensions: technology, organization and environment. It establishes three differentiated transformation paths: ecosystem coordination led by leading enterprises, cluster upgrading empowered by industrial brains, and digital-intelligent restructuring of internal corporate governance. Targeted countermeasures are further proposed from governmental, industrial and enterprise perspectives. The findings offer theoretical references and practical insights for Shaoxing to forge a distinctive "Shaoxing Model" of manufacturing digital-intelligent transformation, as well as for other cities with block economies undergoing industrial upgrading.
