摘要: 在新一轮科技革命与产业变革背景下，凸显新型生产关系对数字经济发展的关键适配性。围绕数字生产力跃升构建核心逻辑，以数据要素高效配置与价值释放为关键指向，以平台化组织与协同生态构建为组织形态，以数字治理体系完善为制度保障,系统阐释新型生产关系驱动数字经济发展的内涵特征；从生产、分配、交换、消费四个环节剖析其内在作用机理，揭示要素协同、价值共享、效率升级、需求导向的传导逻辑；深入识别制度滞后、数据市场不完善、组织转型困境、数字鸿沟加剧等制约因素，并针对性提出优化劳动者技能与权益保障、推进劳动资料智能化共享、完善数据要素价值挖掘流通等机制,为数字经济时代生产关系变革与风险防控提供理论支撑，助力新质生产力培育与高质量发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the critical adaptability of new production relations to the development of the digital economy is highlighted. Centered on the core logic of digital productivity leap, with the efficient allocation and value release of data elements as key objectives, and featuring platform-based organizations and collaborative ecosystems as organizational forms, along with a refined digital governance system as institutional safeguards, this study systematically elucidates the intrinsic characteristics of new production relations driving digital economic development. By analyzing the internal mechanisms across the four stages of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption, it reveals the transmission logic of factor synergy, value sharing, efficiency enhancement, and demand orientation. The study further identifies constraints such as institutional lag, incomplete data markets, organizational transformation challenges, and widening digital divides, proposing targeted solutions including optimizing worker skills and rights protection, advancing intelligent sharing of labor resources, and improving mechanisms for value extraction and circulation of data elements. These insights provide theoretical support for the transformation of production relations and risk prevention in the digital economy era, fostering the cultivation of new productive forces and high-quality development.
