Research on the Construction of "Career Strength Intelligent Portrait" for College Sports Students and Counselor Intervention Strategies Empowered by Artificial Intelligence

Chinese Abstract: 数字化学工推动高校生涯教育由经验帮扶转向数据化精准服务。本研究选取广西某高校2022级241名体育毕业生为实证样本，融合优势视角、生涯发展、积极心理学三大理论，搭建“基础信息－专业能力－心理状态－职业倾向”四维生涯优势智能画像体系。依据学生标签聚类结果，研究划分教培稳定型、赛事康养型、入伍发展型、创业实践型、迷茫待引导型五类生涯画像，配套构建分层辅导员干预体系，涵盖AI简历优化、智能岗位匹配、分层技能培训、就业心理疏导四条落地路径。该研究采用轻量化AI标签提取方案，为体育专业数字化生涯育人提供可复制实操范式，有助于拓宽体育生多元就业渠道、提升高校就业指导工作实效。
Abstract: Digitalized student affairs management has transformed college career education from empirical support to data-based targeted services. This study takes 241 sports graduates of the class of 2022 from a university in Guangxi as empirical samples, and integrates three theories including the strength perspective, career development theory and positive psychology to construct a four-dimensional intelligent portrait system of career strengths, which consists of basic information, professional competence, psychological state and career tendency.Based on the clustering of student labels, this research categorizes students into five career types: stable education & training type, event & rehabilitation type, military enlistment-oriented type, entrepreneurship-practicing type and confused guidance-needed type. A hierarchical counselor intervention system is correspondingly established, covering four practical approaches: AI-assisted resume optimization, intelligent job matching, hierarchical skill training and employment psychological counseling.Adopting a lightweight AI label extraction scheme, this research offers a replicable practical model for digital career education of sports majors, which helps diversify employment channels for sports students and improve the effectiveness of college career guidance.
