Chinese Abstract: 生成式人工智能为高中思政课带来技术机遇，也伴随着价值偏移与规制滞后等深层风险。该研究立足思政课立德树人根本使命，系统论证生成式AI赋能的三重价值——突破时空边界的泛在学习、推动师生深度交互的精准育人、构建沉浸场景以增强价值认同；深入剖析技术、教学、主体及制度层面的多维风险，揭示风险根源在于技术逻辑与育人逻辑的根本张力、工具理性对价值理性的僭越、教师素养与制度建设的结构性滞后。进而从原则确立、制度规制、能力建设与生态构建四个维度提出规制路径，推动生成式AI在高中思政课中从“工具嵌入”走向“价值共生”。
Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence brings both technological opportunities and profound risks—including value deviation and regulatory lag—to high school ideological and political courses. Grounded in the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and cultivating talents, this study systematically demonstrates the threefold values of generative AI empowerment: ubiquitous learning that breaks spatiotemporal boundaries, precision education through deep teacher-student interaction, and enhanced value identification via immersive scenario construction. It further analyzes multidimensional risks at the technological, pedagogical, subject, and institutional levels, revealing that the root causes lie in the fundamental tension between technological logic and educational logic, the encroachment of instrumental rationality upon value rationality, and the structural lag in teacher competence and institutional development. Accordingly, it proposes regulatory pathways from four dimensions: principle establishment, institutional regulation, capacity building, and ecological construction. This research aims to promote generative AI in high school ideological and political courses from “tool embedding” toward “value symbiosis.”
