Chinese Abstract: 农村初中心理健康教育受制于专业师资短缺、干预载体单一及与学科教学割裂的突出矛盾。数智化转型背景下，人工智能技术为摆脱上述困境提供了新路径。本研究基于生态心理学、课堂互动理论与AI辅助教育技术，提出“五点一线”课堂心理干预标准化流程，将心理支持有机嵌入课前候课、课堂导入、重难点突破、课堂小结、作业布置五个关键节点，构建贯穿全程的隐性心理支持线索，并探索AI在课堂心理安全感知、微干预效果追踪与教师行为优化中的赋能路径。通过一学年准实验研究（12个班级，532名学生）验证，在AI辅助课堂观察系统支持下，教师对各节点学生情绪状态的识别准确率提升37.6%。该流程兼具标准化可复制性与生态适配性，为农村学校实现心理健康教育与学科教学常态化融合提供了可操作的实践范式。
Abstract: Rural junior high school mental health education faces significant challenges, including a shortage of professional teachers, limited intervention methods, and disconnection from subject-based instruction. In the context of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) technology offers new pathways to address these issues. Drawing on ecological psychology, classroom interaction theory, and AI-assisted educational technologies, this study proposes a standardized "Five-Point One-Line" classroom psychological intervention framework. This framework integrates psychological support seamlessly into five key teaching stages—pre-class warm-up, lesson introduction, tackling key and difficult points, class summary, and homework assignment—creating an implicit psychological support thread throughout the entire teaching process. It also explores how AI can empower teachers by enabling perception of classroom psychological safety, tracking micro-intervention effectiveness, and optimizing teaching behaviors. A one-year quasi-experimental study involving 532 students from 12 classes demonstrated that, with the support of an AI-assisted classroom observation system, teachers' accuracy in identifying students' emotional states at each stage improved by 37.6%. The framework combines standardization, replicability, and ecological adaptability, offering a practical model for rural schools to achieve sustained integration of mental health education with academic instruction.
