Chinese Abstract: 在高等教育数字化纵深推进与跨境产业数字化转型的双重背景下，应用型高校商科传统同质化授课模式已难以适配跨境电商行业复合型、场景化、数字化的人才培养需求。《组织行为学》作为人力资源管理专业核心基础课程，普遍存在数字化教学融合程度浅、跨境产业教学场景缺失、专项领导力培育体系不完善、个性化育人落地困难等现实教学痛点。针对上述问题，本研究立足一线课堂教学改革实践，以人机协同智慧教学为核心抓手，构建“分层育人＋场景实训”双轨智慧教学模式。依托头部跨境企业数字化团队改革真实案例，将产业前沿治理场景与岗位能力标准深度嵌入课程教学全流程，系统性破解传统课程理论与产业实践脱节、人才培养同质化等结构性难题。教学实践结果表明，基于AI导师重构的智慧课堂体系，能够显著提升教学精准度与场景适配性，有效培育学生跨境数字化团队治理与跨区域协同管理核心能力。本研究契合新文科数字化教学改革前沿趋势，可为同类商科课程数字化升级、产教融合育人落地提供可借鉴的实践范式。
Abstract: Against the dual background of in-depth advancement of higher education digitalization and digital transformation of cross-border industries, the traditional homogeneous teaching mode of business courses in applied universities can no longer adapt to the industry’s demand for compound, scenario-based and digital talents in cross-border e-commerce. As a core basic course of human resource management, Organizational Behavior faces prominent practical teaching problems, including shallow digital teaching integration, insufficient cross-border industrial scenarios, an imperfect cultivation system of specialized team leadership, and difficulties in implementing personalized education. Based on front-line classroom teaching reform practices, this paper constructs a dual-track intelligent teaching model of “hierarchical education + scenario training” with human-machine collaborative teaching as the core. With real digital team reform cases of leading cross-border enterprises, the study embeds cutting-edge industrial governance scenarios and post competency standards into the whole teaching process, systematically solving structural problems such as the disconnection between theoretical instruction and industrial practice, as well as homogenized talent cultivation. Teaching practice shows that the intelligent classroom system reconstructed by AI mentors can significantly improve teaching accuracy and scenario adaptability, and effectively cultivate students’ core competencies in cross-border digital team governance and cross-regional collaborative management. Consistent with the frontier trend of digital teaching reform in the new liberal arts, this research can provide practical references for the digital upgrading of similar business courses and the implementation of industry-education integrated talent development models.
