Chinese Abstract: 智能时代劳动组织形式、劳动形态及劳动过程的深刻变化对当前劳动教育提出新挑战。面对价值取向错位、工具理性泛滥、具身体验缺位等劳动认知现状以及功利化、边缘化、形式化的劳动教育问题，需要基于历史唯物主义视野重新审视劳动本质及劳动教育价值取向。当代劳动教育亟需回归育人本位，通过重塑劳动认知、建立“教劳结合”范式、构建全方位教育生态等提升育人实效，助力青年在劳动中实现个人发展与社会进步的动态平衡。
Abstract: The profound changes in the organizational forms, modalities, and processes of labor in the intelligent era pose new challenges to current labor education. Faced with the current state of labor cognition—characterized by misaligned value orientations, rampant instrumental rationality, and the absence of embodied experience—as well as the problems of utilitarian, marginalized, and formalized labor education, it is imperative to re-examine the essence of labor and the value orientation of labor education from the perspective of historical materialism. Contemporary labor education urgently needs to return to a value orientation centered on human development. This can be achieved by reshaping labor cognition, establishing a paradigm of "integrating education with productive labor", and constructing a comprehensive educational ecosystem, so as to enhance educational effectiveness and help young people achieve a dynamic balance between personal development and social progress through labor.
