AI时代成人学历教育中自主学习能力的重塑

Chinese Abstract: 随着生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展,成人学历教育正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。AI技术有利于提供个性化学习路径、优化时间安排,从而提高学习效率,但是也催生了“AI代劳”现象,越来越多成人学生直接让AI生成论文、完成作业,因此学习的积极性、思维的主动性以及学习的意义都在弱化,更严重的是过度依赖AI会导致学生创造力衰减、学术脆弱性增大、脑电波活动弱化。因此,解决此问题绝不是简单禁止AI,而要厘清合理使用的边界,明确贯彻“人机协同、以人为本”的基本理念。具体而言,宜从四个维度系统、有层次地重塑学生的自主学习能力:培养精准提问的能力,发展批判性检验的能力,提高知识迁移的能力,强化元认知能力。只有当学生既能借助AI拓展认知边界,又能坚守自身的主体性,具备独立判断的意识与能力,在使用AI与主动思考之间找到动态平衡,技术方能真正服务于人的成长,回归教育的育人本质。
Abstract: With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence (AI), adult academic education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On one hand, AI technologies facilitate personalized learning pathways and optimized time management, thereby enhancing learning efficiency. On the other hand, the phenomenon of "AI doing the work" has emerged, where an increasing number of adult learners directly rely on AI to generate papers and complete assignments. This has led to weakened learning motivation, reduced initiative in thinking, and diminished the intrinsic value of learning. More critically, over-reliance on AI may result in the decline of learners' creativity, increased academic vulnerability, and weakened brainwave activity. Addressing this issue requires more than simply banning AI; instead, it calls for clarifying the boundaries of rational use and upholding the core principle of "human-machine collaboration, people-oriented." Specifically, self-directed learning competence should be systematically and hierarchically reshaped from four dimensions: cultivating the ability to ask precise questions, developing critical verification skills, improving knowledge transfer capabilities, and strengthening metacognitive competence. Only when adult learners can leverage AI to expand their cognitive boundaries while maintaining their subjectivity, and strike a dynamic balance between using AI and independent thinking, can technology truly serve human growth and return to the essence of education—nurturing people.
