Chinese Abstract: 在当前的中学及中职教育环境中，学生普遍存在“空心病”现象，表现为目标模糊、学习倦怠、动力不足。这一问题严重制约了学生的学业成长与人格发展。班主任作为班级管理的核心与德育工作的主力军，承担着“人生导师”的关键角色。本文基于教育学与心理学理论，结合一线班主任工作实践，深入分析学生缺乏目标与动力的深层原因，系统阐述班主任通过主题班会、个别谈话、班级文化建设、家校协同等途径，引导学生从“他律”走向“自律”、从“被动接受”转向“主动追求”的具体策略。研究表明，帮助学生建立清晰的层级目标体系，并将其转化为内在驱动力，是提升德育实效性的根本路径。
Abstract: In the current environment of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, students commonly suffer from “hollow heart syndrome,” manifested as vague goals, learning burnout, and lack of motivation. This problem seriously constrains students‘ academic growth and personality development. As the core of class management and the main force of moral education, the head teacher plays the key role of “life mentor.” Based on educational and psychological theories, combined with frontline head teacher work practices, this paper deeply analyzes the underlying reasons for students’ lack of goals and motivation, and systematically elaborates on specific strategies for head teachers to guide students from "heteronomy" to "autonomy" and from "passive acceptance" to "active pursuit" through thematic class meetings, individual conversations, class culture construction, and homeschool collaboration. Research shows that helping students establish a clear hierarchical goal system and transforming it into intrinsic drive is the fundamental path to enhancing the effectiveness of moral education.
