Chinese Abstract: 当前，我国正在推进产教融合深化发展，用来解决人才培养和产业需求不匹配的问题，在这一背景下，如何以新质生产力为方向，在产教融合的实践场景中，达成工匠精神培育和思政课程的深度配合，搭建一体化育人新机制，已经成为迫切又关键的时代议题。本文主要分析新质生产力、工匠精神、产教融合与思政课程四者之间的内在关联，梳理当前协同育人存在的主要问题，最终从目标、内容、过程、评价四个层面，搭建出一套多维度协同的机制框架，为全面培养高素质技术技能人才给出理论参考与实践方向。
Abstract: Currently, China is promoting the deep development of industry-education integration to address the mismatch between talent cultivation and industrial demands. Against this backdrop, how to align the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship and ideological and political courses in the practical scenarios of industry-education integration, and establish a new integrated education mechanism, has become an urgent and crucial contemporary issue. This paper mainly analyzes the intrinsic connections among new quality productive forces, the spirit of craftsmanship, industry-education integration, and ideological and political courses, sorts out the main problems existing in current collaborative education, and finally, from the perspectives of goals, contents, processes, and evaluations, builds a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism framework, providing theoretical references and practical directions for the comprehensive cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
