Research on Curriculum Optimization of Graphic Design in Vocational Colleges in Ethnic Minority Areas Based on Post Competency Needs

Chinese Abstract: 当前职业技术院校（以下简称职校），特别是少数民族地区职校平面设计课程体系与行业实践二者之间存在着显著的脱节现象，校内开设的课程内容与行业现实需求的匹配度不高的问题尤为显著。通过引入企业项目制课程、动态更新技术模块、强化师生商业设计思维等手段，提高课程内容与行业现实需求间的契合度。力图通过深化校企合作、产教融合机制提升职校平面设计课程内容质量，让它和岗位能力需求贴得更近，最终培养出更具就业竞争力的职校学生。
Abstract: At present, there is a significant disconnection between the graphic design curriculum system and industrial practice in vocational and technical colleges, especially those in ethnic minority areas. The mismatch between college-offered curricula and real industrial demands is particularly prominent. This study improves the alignment between curriculum content and actual industrial needs by adopting enterprise project-based courses, dynamically updating technical modules, and enhancing teachers’ and students’ commercial design thinking. By deepening school-enterprise cooperation and the industry-education integration mechanism, we aim to upgrade the quality of graphic design curricula in vocational colleges, make them more consistent with post competence requirements, and ultimately cultivate vocational students with stronger employability and competitiveness.
