短式网球在平顶山市新华区小学推广路径研究

Chinese Abstract: 在推进全民健身国家战略的大环境下，网球运动越来越受到社会各界的关注。短式网球由于具备操作简单、趣味性强等特点，因此成为推进网球运动普及以及培养青少年后备力量的主要方式。其雏形可以追溯到20世纪70年代的瑞典，用简化传统的网球规则以及设计出迷你场地的方式，给儿童提供了一个理想的入门方式。在国家政策的扶持以及地方资源的整合之下，该项运动得到了快速的发展，并且国内的运动员如郑钦文等，在国际赛场上也取得了较好的成绩，从而提高了人们对网球这项运动的认识和参与的热情。本研究选择河南省平顶山市新华区小学短式网球教学为研究对象，从总体上评价该项目的发展状况，分析短式网球项目推广在青少年方面的情况和遇到的问题。根据调研数据及实证分析结果，从制度上提出推进资源优化配置的对策建议、借鉴先进的做法推进标准化建设的对策建议，并且要实现“普及”和“深化”的目标。本文研究成果既给相关领域提供理论参照和操作方向，又企图创建城乡一体化、全民普惠的多样化网球服务生态体系，推进国民总体健康程度持续改善。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of promoting the national strategy for fitness for all, tennis has increasingly attracted attention from all sectors of society. Mini-tennis, characterized by its simplicity and strong appeal, has become a primary method for popularizing tennis and cultivating youth talent. Its origins can be traced back to Sweden in the 1970s, where simplified rules and mini courts were introduced to provide children with an ideal entry point into the sport. With support from national policies and integration of local resources, this sport has developed rapidly. Domestic athletes such as Zheng Qinwen have achieved notable success on the international stage, further raising public awareness and enthusiasm for tennis. This study focuses on mini-tennis instruction in elementary schools within Xinhua District, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, evaluating the overall development status of the program and analyzing the current situation and challenges in promoting mini-tennis among youth. Based on survey data and empirical analysis, the paper proposes policy recommendations for optimizing resource allocation and advancing standardized development by adopting advanced practices, aiming to achieve both "widespread accessibility" and "deepened engagement". The research not only provides theoretical guidance and practical direction for relevant fields but also seeks to establish an integrated urban-rural, inclusive, and diversified tennis service ecosystem that continuously improves the overall health of the population.
