Exploration on the Path of Digital Governance Empowering Practical Education of Business Administration Major

Chinese Abstract: 立足新文科建设发展背景，面向数字经济时代企业数字化转型的人才需求变革，针对地方高校工商管理专业传统实践育人模式内容滞后、场景单一、数字赋能不足、校企协同薄弱、评价机制固化等现实问题，本文采用文献研究、企业调研与教学总结法，系统梳理数字治理与实践育人的内在耦合逻辑，剖析当前实践育人体系的核心短板。从理念、内容、场景、模式、评价、保障六个维度构建六位一体闭环式数字化实践育人体系，提出适配数字商科人才培养的落地路径。研究旨在补齐工商管理专业数字化实践教学短板，推动专业实践育人模式迭代升级，为地方高校培养复合型、数字化工商管理应用型人才提供参考。
Abstract: Based on the development background of new liberal arts construction, facing the talent demand reform of enterprise digital transformation in the digital economy era, this paper aims at the practical problems of the traditional practical education mode of business administration major in local universities, such as lagging content, single scene, insufficient digital empowerment, weak school-enterprise collaboration, and solidified evaluation mechanism. Adopting the methods of literature research, enterprise investigation and teaching summary, this paper systematically sorts out the internal coupling logic between digital governance and practical education, and analyzes the core shortcomings of the current practical education system. A six-in-one closed-loop digital practical education system is constructed from six dimensions of concept, content, scene, mode, evaluation and guarantee, and a landing path suitable for the training of digital business talents is proposed. The research aims to make up for the shortcomings of digital practical teaching in business administration major, promote the iterative upgrading of professional practical education mode, and provide references for local universities to cultivate compound and digital applied talents in business administration.
