产教融合视角下金融工程专业教学模式研究——以固定收益证券课程为例
Research on the Teaching Model of Financial Engineering from the Perspective of Industry–Education Integration: A Case Study of Fixed Income Securities

Chinese Abstract: 在金融行业快速迭代与新文科建设纵深推进的双重背景下，金融工程专业应用型人才培养面临理论与实践脱节、思政融入浅层化、产教协同不深入等现实困境。本文以固定收益证券课程改革为实践案例，立足应用型人才培养定位，坚持“学以致用、知行合一”导向，从教学内容重构、教学方法创新、实践体系搭建、考核评价改革、师资协同建设五个维度，构建适配行业需求的产教融合教学模式。实践表明，该模式可有效弥合理论教学与行业实务的差距，强化学生专业能力、数据素养与职业素养，为地方高校金融类课程改革提供可借鉴的实践范式。
Abstract: Against the dual background of rapid iteration in the financial industry and in-depth advancement of the New Liberal Arts construction, the cultivation of application-oriented talents for the Financial Engineering major is confronted with practical dilemmas including the disconnection between theoretical teaching and professional practice, superficial integration of ideological and political education, and inadequate industry-education collaboration. Taking the teaching reform of the course Fixed Income Securities as a case study, this paper adheres to the philosophy of learning for application and integrating knowledge with practice based on the orientation of cultivating application-oriented talents. An industry-education integrated teaching model tailored to industrial demands is constructed from five dimensions: restructuring teaching content, innovating teaching methods, establishing a practical training system, reforming assessment and evaluation mechanisms, and building a collaborative teaching staff. Practical results show that this model effectively bridges the gap between theoretical teaching and industrial practice, and improves students’ professional competencies, data literacy and professional ethics. It also provides a referable practical paradigm for the reform of finance-related courses in local universities.
