Chinese Abstract: 自古以来，幸福就是一个被恒久探讨的话题。在教育生活中，教师的幸福受到人们的关注。教师在学校教育中起着主导作用，教师的幸福影响着教育的质量。本文重新梳理了教师幸福的内涵、教师幸福的意义，讨论了教师幸福的困境，并提出了促成教师幸福的对策和建议，为促成高质量教师队伍建设，打造高质量的教育提供了理论参考和实践指导。
Abstract: Since ancient times, well-being has been a topic of enduring discussion. In the context of educational life, teacher well-being has drawn significant attention. Teachers play a leading role in school education, and their well-being directly affects the quality of education. This paper re-examines the connotation and significance of teacher well-being, discusses the dilemmas surrounding it, and proposes strategies and recommendations for fostering teacher well-being. It aims to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for building a high-quality teaching workforce and achieving high-quality education.
