Chinese Abstract: 电影心理学是一门融汇艺术学与心理学交叉所产生的学科，在1916年德国心理学家雨果·明斯特伯格的《电影：一次心理学研究》首次提出了“电影心理学”这一概念，为日后电影在艺术的殿堂中确立位置提供了理论支撑。文章从心理学的角度出发指出电影与现实的关系，同时从心理学的角度指出电影不仅是导演造梦的工具也是观众造梦的工具。通过分析电影美学的理论以及经典电影和电视剧中人物塑造的技巧等等进而得出电影如何讲故事的理论。
Abstract: Film psychology is an interdisciplinary field that integrates art and psychology. In 1916, German psychologist Hugo Münsterberg first proposed the concept of "film psychology" in his work The Photoplay: A Psychological Study, providing theoretical support for establishing film's position within the realm of art. This paper examines the relationship between film and reality from a psychological perspective, and argues that film is not only a tool for directors to create dreams but also a medium for audiences to engage in dreaming. By analyzing theories of film aesthetics and techniques of character portrayal in classic films and television dramas, this paper further explores how film constructs its narrative structure.
