Chinese Abstract: “脂评”以诗论的“炼字”批评作为其评点方法。通过此法，“脂评”探究出《红楼梦》在以精确的字句实现对小说人物特质、外部场景及人物心理的精准刻画。同时“脂评”亦由此展现了其对空间与人物关系的深入认识，并由此显现包裹于“自然”范畴下“虽至平”“实至奇”的语言审美风格追求。
Abstract: The "Zhi Commentary" employs a poetic approach—specifically the "word-refining" criticism technique—as its primary method of textual analysis. Through this method, the "Zhi Commentary" reveals how Dream of the Red Chamber achieves a precise depiction of the novel's characters' traits, external settings, and psychological states through meticulous word choice and phrasing. Furthermore, the "Zhi Commentary" demonstrates a profound understanding of spatial relationships and character dynamics, thereby revealing an aesthetic linguistic pursuit—one characterized by "though seemingly ordinary, it is actually extraordinary" —within the broader framework of "naturalness."
