数智时代少先队实践的三维浸润与在地化建构——以“重走红军路”为例

Chinese Abstract: 在“双减”与思政课改革背景下，少先队红色研学面临浅层化困境。文章以烟台“重走红军路”为案例，建构“三维浸润”育人模型：情境浸润实现身体在场的感官唤醒，实践浸润促成手脑并用的认知转化，价值浸润达成心灵共振的信仰确立。同时提出“在地化建构”策略，将数智技术与本土红色文脉深度融合，让少先队员从历史旁观者转变为亲历者。三维浸润与在地化建构协同运作，打通从感官冲击到理性认同再到行为自觉的育人闭环，为少先队红色德育创新提供可复制的实践范式。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the "double reduction" policy and ideological and political education reform, red-themed educational excursions for Young Pioneers face challenges of superficial engagement. Taking Yantai's "Reliving the Long March Route" as a case, this paper constructs a three-dimensional immersion model for moral education: situational immersion activates sensory awareness through physical presence; practical immersion fosters cognitive transformation by integrating hands-on experience with mental processing; and value-based immersion establishes spiritual resonance and firm belief. Meanwhile, it proposes a strategy of localized construction, deeply integrating digital-intelligent technologies with local red cultural heritage, transforming Young Pioneers from passive observers into active participants. The synergistic operation of three-dimensional immersion and localized construction creates a complete educational loop—from sensory impact to rational identification and finally to conscious action—providing a replicable model for innovative red moral education among Young Pioneers.
