Chinese Abstract: 人工智能深度嵌入传媒业态与教育生态，传媒院校教师面临技术焦虑、角色迷茫与价值困惑的多重压力。技术导向的培训模式加剧了价值引领的弱化，与传媒实践脱节的培育方式使精神引领难以落地，短期化的活动安排则使问题长期得不到制度性纠偏。三重困境相互交织，破解之道在于从课程体系建设、影像叙事创作、社会服务项目三个维度，构建从“知”到“情”再到“行”的培育链条，推动教师从技术操作者走向价值引领者。从“技术”到“价值”的转向，不是对技术的否定，而是对教育本质的回归，让教师在技术变革时代重新确认自身作为教育主体的不可替代性。
Abstract: As artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into media operations and educational ecosystems, teachers in media-oriented colleges and universities are under multiple pressures including technological anxiety, role confusion, and value uncertainty. Technology-oriented training models weaken value-based guidance; cultivation methods disconnected from media practice hinder effective spiritual leadership; and short-term activities prevent long-term institutional correction. These three interwoven challenges require a solution that builds an educational chain—from "knowledge" to "emotion" to "action"—through curriculum development, visual storytelling creation, and social service projects. This study aims to transform teachers from mere technical operators into value-driven educators. The shift from "technology" to "value" is not a denial of technology itself, but a return to the essence of education, which re-establishes teachers' irreplaceable role as educational agents in the era of technological transformation.
