Chinese Abstract: 随着人工智能在教育领域的不断发展，高校大学生心理健康教育创新发展面临诸多挑战。大学生的心理发展正处于关键期，心理问题呈现多样化和隐蔽化的特点。传统心理健康教育面临干预不足、重视程度低、难开口等现实困境。本研究通过完善保障制度、健全师资队伍、完善咨询体系、强化隐私保护等路径，探索人工智能与心理健康教育深度融合的模式，确保心理健康教育工作更加精准、高效，更好地契合大学生健康成长的根本需求。
Abstract: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence in the field of education, the innovative development of mental health education for college students faces numerous challenges. College students are in a critical period of psychological development, and their psychological problems are characterized by diversity and concealment. Traditional mental health education is confronted with practical difficulties such as insufficient intervention, low priority, and reluctance to seek help. This paper explores the deep integration of artificial intelligence and mental health education through approaches such as improving safeguard mechanisms, strengthening the teaching staff, perfecting the counseling system, and enhancing privacy protection, aiming to ensure that mental health education becomes more precise and efficient, and better aligns with the fundamental needs of college students' healthy growth.
