Collaborative Management of University-Enterprise Supervisors in Enterprise-Based Residential Training for Outstanding Engineer Classes from the Perspective of Digitalization

Chinese Abstract: 卓越工程师住企培养是产教融合不断深化中形成的重要培养方式，校企导师作为联合培养的直接实施者，其协同状况直接影响人才培养成效。当前校企导师管理仍面临一些挑战：校内导师受学术评价体系影响较难深入企业现场，企业导师因生产任务繁重指导精力相对有限，校企双导师之间的沟通协调机制尚不健全。本研究以协同管理理论为分析框架，从协同意愿、协同资源、协同目标、协同保障四个维度剖析校企导师协同面临的问题，并探讨数字化手段在信息共享、过程追踪、考核评价等方面的赋能作用。研究提出，通过构建信息共享平台、完善过程管理机制、优化考核评价方式等路径，推动校企导师从形式协同走向实质协同，为产教融合背景下校企导师队伍建设提供参考。
Abstract: Enterprise-based residential training for outstanding engineers is an important training model developed through the deepening integration of industry and education. As the direct implementers of joint training, the collaboration between university and enterprise supervisors directly affects talent cultivation outcomes. The current management of university and enterprise supervisors still faces several challenges: university supervisors, constrained by the academic evaluation system, find it difficult to engage deeply in enterprise settings; enterprise supervisors have relatively limited time and energy for guidance due to heavy production tasks; and the communication and coordination mechanism between the two types of supervisors remains underdeveloped. Taking collaborative management theory as the analytical framework, this study examines the problems in university-enterprise supervisor collaboration from four dimensions—collaboration willingness, collaboration resources, collaboration goals, and collaboration safeguards—and explores the enabling role of digital tools in information sharing, process tracking, and assessment and evaluation. The study proposes pathways such as building an information-sharing platform, improving process management mechanisms, and optimizing assessment and evaluation methods, thereby promoting the shift of university-enterprise supervisor collaboration from formal to substantive collaboration and providing a reference for the development of university-enterprise supervisor teams in the context of industry-education integration.
