AI-Empowered Construction of Mental Health Workstations in Secondary Colleges

Chinese Abstract: 二级学院心理健康工作站是高校心理育人体系的重要枢纽，但存在“重应急、轻发展”“重少数、轻多数”“重问题、轻预防”、主动服务不足和师资资源受限等困境。本研究以江汉大学设计学院为例，综合运用参与观察法、文献法和问卷调查法，剖析二级学院心理健康工作站的运行现状与问题成因，提出人工智能赋能的建设路径，并依托“蕙心小屋”平台开展实践探索。研究表明：人工智能可通过智能筛查与动态档案、智能预警与分级干预、辅助咨询与朋辈互助、个性化发展性教育和“专业＋心理＋AI”品牌活动，推动心理健康教育由被动干预转向主动发展；但须坚持知情同意、数据安全与人工复核的伦理底线，并强化队伍培训与经费保障。
Abstract: Mental health workstations in secondary colleges are an important hub of the psychological education system in colleges and universities, but they face difficulties such as emphasizing emergency response over development, focusing on a minority rather than the majority, stressing problems rather than prevention, insufficient proactive services, and limited teachers and resources. Taking the School of Design of Jianghan University as an example, this study comprehensively uses participatory observation, literature research and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and causes of the workstations, and proposes an AI-empowered construction path, which is verified through practice on the "Huixin Hut" platform. The results show that AI can promote psychological education from passive intervention to proactive development through intelligent screening and dynamic archives, intelligent early warning and hierarchical intervention, auxiliary counseling and peer mutual aid, personalized developmental education and "major + psychology + AI" brand activities. However, the ethical bottom lines of informed consent, data security and manual review must be observed, and team training and funding support must be strengthened.
