民办高校智能化教学的挑战及对策分析
Challenges and Countermeasures of Intelligent Teaching in Private Colleges and Universities

Chinese Abstract: 智能化教学是民办高校落实国家教育数字化战略、推动育人模式变革的关键路径。受办学体制、资源配置与治理能力等多重因素影响，民办高校在推进智能化教学过程中仍面临顶层设计缺位、经费投入不足、师资数字素养薄弱、学生适应性分化、产教融合不深、数据安全与伦理治理滞后等现实困境。本研究立足政策导向与现实观察，系统剖析上述挑战的内在成因，从规划引领、经费保障、队伍建设、协同共建、数据驱动、课程重构、安全底线与评价改进八个维度提出对策建议，尝试为民办高校智能化教学之路提供参考。
Abstract: Intelligent teaching is a key pathway for private colleges and universities to implement the national strategy of education digitization and to advance the transformation of educational models. Under the combined influence of multiple factors, including the school-running system, resource allocation, and governance capacity, private colleges and universities still face practical difficulties in promoting intelligent teaching, such as the absence of top-level design, insufficient funding, weak digital literacy among faculty, divergent student adaptability, shallow industry-education integration, and lagging governance of data security and educational ethics. Based on policy orientation and practical observation, this study systematically analyzes the underlying causes of these challenges and proposes countermeasures from eight dimensions—planning and guidance, funding guarantees, faculty development, collaborative co-construction, data-driven approaches, curriculum restructuring, safety bottom lines, and evaluation improvement—so as to provide a reference for the path of intelligent teaching in private colleges and universities.
